#2025NewYearNewBodyWithLondon campaign is open to all women only.

Campaign Period
The campaign begins on 30th December 2024 and ends on 27th February 2025 at 11:59PM (“Campaign Period”).

Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all women, aged 21 and above, holding valid national identification and/or passport (“Participant”).
• All Weekly Entry Prize winners must present their valid national identification and/or passport at the outlet for registration to redeem their Entry Prize.
• All existing customers of London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. female citizens aged 21 and above are eligible to participate (“Participant”).

Participant Requirements

Participants must agree to these terms and conditions upon entering the campaign:-

• By entering, Participants shall agree to grant London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. (”Company”) permission the right to use Participants’ picture(s) and/or video(s) on the Company’s social media platforms.
• Participants must complete all required fields as specified in the designated campaign form in order to be qualified for an entry in the Weekly Draw and the Grand Lucky Draw.
• Incomplete forms will be considered incomplete entries and shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Company.

How to Participate (New Customers)

To participate in the #2025NewYearNewBodyWithLondon contest, the Participants shall follow to the following rules:-

• Each new Participant is limited to a single submission for this campaign.
• Each Participant is allowed to submit only one (1) valid and active email address and only one (1) valid and active phone number.
• In the event London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. identifies multiple contact submissions from the same Participant, the Participant will instantly be disqualified.
• The Participant is required to complete all designated fields in the campaign form as specified.
• Weekly Entry Prize Winners are entitled to redeem one (1) Entry Prize which consists of one (1) complimentary slimming treatment and one (1) slimming product from London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd.
• Upon redemption of the Entry Prize at any one of London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd.’s outlet, Participants will be qualified for one (1) entry in the Weekly Draw and Grand Lucky Draw.
• Each Participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize per week from the Weekly Draw and only one (1) prize from the Grand Lucky Draw regardless of how many times they are selected. If a Participant’s entry is drawn more than once, the additional draws will be voided, and the prize will be reallocated to another winner.

How to Participate (Existing Customers)

To participate in the #2025NewYearNewBodyWithLondon contest, the Participants shall follow to the following rules:-

• Participants are entitled to multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period if the qualification requirement is met.
• With each successful Purchase, Participants will qualify for two (2) entries in the Weekly Draw and Grand Lucky Draw. Participants will not be eligible for this campaign if the Purchase made have been cancelled or refunded due to any reasons.
• Each Participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize per week from the Weekly Draw and only one (1) prize from the Grand Lucky Draw regardless of how many times they are selected. If a Participant’s entry is drawn more than once, the additional draws will be voided, and the prize will be reallocated to another winner.

Categories of Prizes

• The categories of prizes are as follows:

• The names of all winners will be announced on London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd.'s Facebook and Instagram pages on the above specified dates and will be contacted directly via phone calls.
• Any changes to the campaign will be notified directly to Participants as soon as possible by London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd.

Exclusion

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in this campaign:

• Employees from the London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. and the related Companies under Beauty Star Group and their immediate family members (including children, parents, siblings and spouses); and
• Employees from the London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. and its agencies in connection with the Contest and their immediate family members (including children, parents, siblings and spouses).

General Provisions

• The winners will be randomly selected through a lucky draw system and/or any other similar system, either manually or computerized or in any method as London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. may determine at its absolute discretion.
• London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Such amendments will be communicated to Participants promptly.
• London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. disclaims liability for any technical issues or errors that may affect participation in the campaign.
• London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
• All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe the prizes are owned by their respective owners. London Weight Management Sdn. Bhd. is not related to, connected to or associated with these parties in any way.
• Image of the prizes used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual prizes.
